1、医学生考研现状调查及对策研究医学生考研现状调查及对策研究摘要目的：分析医学生考研现状，了解医学生在备考过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策与建议。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，对某医学院大三、大四共计300名学生进行问卷调查及访谈，运用Excel2003及SPSS13.0对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果：对收回的294份有效问卷进行分析发现，有77.5%的医学生对考研相关情况较为了解；73.0%的被调查者认为当前就业形势并不乐观，旦考研与当前的就业形势及工作理想程度密切相关；在294人中有185人选择考研，且考研与否并无性别差异(P>0.05)

2、；多数考生会根据自己的兴趣及大学所学专业来选择考研专业，提高自身学历和能力在医学生考研动机中居首位，而缺乏毅力则是多数考生认为事关考研成败的关键所在。结论：在就业形势并不乐观等多方面因素的影响下，考研已成为医学生毕业后的首选，然而在其备考过程中仍存在很多问题，学校应采取如调配备考时间、实现考研信息共享、加强专业引导等措施，从而为广大考生提供良好的考研氛围及政策支持。关键词医学生考研现状调查建议中图分类号：G643文献标识码：AMedicalStudents，PostgraduateExaminationSurveyandCounterm
