1、·46·ChineseJournaloflnformationonTCMMay2014VoI.21No.5赤芍与藜芦配伍对小鼠肝脏及肾脏损伤的影响瑚E凝甘肃中医学院临床医学院,兰州甘肃730000摘要:目的观察赤芍与藜芦不同比例配伍对小鼠肝脏及肾脏损伤的影响,并探讨其机制。方法赤芍与藜芦按照单药使用及4:l、2:l、l:1、1:2、1:4不同比例配伍水煎对小鼠灌胃22d,取外周血检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶活性及血清肌酐、尿素氮含量,取肝脏及肾脏组织检测组织谷胱
2、甘肽过氧化物酶(GSft—Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果不同比例赤芍、藜芦配伍使用对小鼠肝脏损伤作用不明显,但导致血清AST活性增高;不同比例赤芍、藜芦配伍使用对小鼠肾脏损伤作用明显,其中赤芍一藜芦2:1比例配伍损伤最严重,同时肾脏组织GSH—Px活性降低伴MDA含量升高。结论赤芍、藜芦不同比例配伍使用可引起小鼠肾脏损伤,其原因与肾脏组织氧化一抗氧化平衡紊乱相关。关键词:赤芍:藜芦:十八反:肝:肾:氧化一抗氧化平衡:小鼠D0I:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5304.2014.05
