2、多毛孢GXSTYJ03菌株侵染和杀死松突同蚧过程中酶活性变化及作用机理。【方法】通过Folin一酚法、DNS法和对硝基苯酚法分别测定含1×10、1x10、1×10、1×10和1x10个孢子/rnL系列浓度的GXSTYJ03菌株孢子悬浮液产生的蛋白酶、几丁质酶和脂肪酶活力及其对松突圆蚧的致死率。【结果】GXSTYJ03菌株孢子含量越高,其产蛋白酶、几丁质酶、脂肪酶的活力也越高;蛋白酶、几丁质酶、脂肪酶的产酶高峰期和产酶活性均不相同,蛋白酶的产酶高峰期现在发酵后第5d、几丁质酶出现在发酵后第6d、脂肪酶现在发酵后第4~5d,GXSTYJ03菌株的蛋
3、白酶活性远大于几丁质酶和脂肪酶活性;GXSTYJ03菌株5种孢子浓度产蛋白酶、几丁质酶、脂肪酶'『舌.与对松突圆蚧毒力呈极显著正相关。【结论】lx107~孢子/mL的GXSTYJ03菌株孢子悬浮液是产酶及杀虫的最佳使用量。蛋白酶、几丁质酶、脂肪酶活性越高的菌株毒力越强,用于侵染和致死松突圆蚧的效果越好。关键词:虫生广布拟盘多毛孢;GXSTYJ03菌株;蛋白酶;几丁质酶;脂肪酶;松突圆蚧;毒力中图分类号:$763.306.4文献标志码:A文章编号:2095一l191(2014)07—1172—06Relationshipsbetweenvirul
