2、FAO)列出了10种重要的人、鱼共患寄生虫，并将寄生虫列为水产品中生物危害因子之首特别是人、鱼共患的寄生虫，如裂头绦虫、异尖线虫等可在三文鱼、鳟鱼、金枪鱼中寄生，华支睾吸虫囊蚴可在草鱼、麦穗鱼等淡水鱼中寄生，可以引发多种人体寄生虫病，这对检验检疫部门提出了新的挑战。该文对水产品中异尖线虫、颚口线虫、裂头绦虫、华支睾吸虫等感染的多种风险因子进行分析，为我国水产品的安全提供参考资料。【关键词】水产品；寄生虫；风险因素Analysisontheriskfactorsofparasiticinfectionsin
