2、之首。特别是人、鱼共患的寄生虫．如裂头绦虫、异尖线虫等可在三文鱼、鳟鱼、金枪鱼中寄生，华支睾吸虫囊蚴可在草鱼、麦穗鱼等淡水鱼中寄生．可以引发多种人体寄生虫病，这对检验检疫部门提出了新的挑战。该文对水产品中异尖线虫、颚口线虫、裂头绦虫、华支睾吸虫等感染的多种风险因子进行分析，为我国水产品的安全提供参考资料。【关键词】水产品：寄生虫：风险因素AnalysisontheriskfactorsofparasiticinfectionsinfisheryproductsZhuYanqil,ZhouXinli’,ZhangYongnian2,ChenShaohonfi7UniversityofShan
