3、照2组各42例，治疗组患者口服皮敏消胶囊，每天3次，每次4片，外用他卡西醇软膏，每天2次，每次1遍，疗程8周；对照1组患者口服皮敏消胶囊，每天3次，每次4片，疗程8周；对照2组患者外用他卡西醇软膏，每天2次，每次1遍，疗程8周。结果：治疗组患者治疗后有效率为83．33％；对照1组患者治疗后有效率为64．29％；对照2组患者治疗后总有效率为59．52％。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组疗效比较差异均有显著统计学意义(=3．9413，P=0．0471；=5．8333，P=0．0157)；对照1组与对照2组疗效比较差异无显著统计学意义(=0．2019，P=0．6532)。三组患
