1、瑟鼹2014年3月第3期药物联合治疗新生儿吸人性肺炎的疗效观察刘燕(四川省广汉市人民医院四川广汉618300)【摘要】目的：分析地塞米松联合沐舒坦治疗新生儿吸入性肺为的临床效果。方法：分析我院2012年1月至2013年12月新生儿监护病房提供的114例吸入性肺炎患儿的临床资科，将其随机分为基础治疗组、地塞米松组及沐舒坦与地塞米松联合组，每组各38例。其中基础组采用抗感染及临床对症支持治疗，并吸痰、吸氧；地塞米松组除采用基础组治疗方案外，加用地塞米松；联合组除采用基础组治疗方案外，加用地塞米松与沐舒坦。比较三组患者的通气时间及住院时间。结果：基础组总有效率为25，平均住院时间9
