1、咽鼓管置管治疗鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎的临床效果观察［摘要］目的探究鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎患者在常规治疗基础上联合咽鼓管置管方案的具体操作和临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取2010年1月〜2014年1月本院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后并发分泌性中耳炎患者80例，根据治疗方案将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者接受常规方法治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合应用咽鼓管置管方案，每组40例。两组患者均接受治疗3个月，对比两组患者临床治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为17.5%,显著低于对照组的52.5%,差异有
