2、中出血量及水肿时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。观察组患者总有效率95．00％，明显高于对照组的77．50％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率10．00％，明显低于对照组的35．00％，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎能有效恢复鼻腔正常通气，保护了下鼻甲的生理功能，术后并发症少，安全性高，是一种有效治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的方法。【关键词】低温等离子射频消融术；慢性肥厚性鼻炎；鼻内镜；鼻甲切除术【中图分类号】R765．21【文献标志
