3、atedforinducedhumoralimmuneresponsesbyenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA).Weusedanantibody-virusinteractionassaytoanalyzetheinteractionoftheantiseraandHCVviralparticlesinvitro.ResultsAntiE1andanti-E2antiserawereobtainedfromimmunizedmice.Theserumofmiceimmunizedwiththe
