1、现代中西医结合杂志ModernJournalofIntegratedTraditionalChineseandWesternMedicine2015Jul，24(20)’2167‘小承气汤对腹部术后胃肠功能与电活动的影响张良清，冯时傧，高海鸿，吴浩源，李东，黄敏标，黄乾(广西浦北县中医医院，广西浦北535300)[摘要]目的观察腹部手术后应用小承气汤对患者术后胃肠功能与电活动的影响。方法将60例行腹部手术患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组术后6h口服或鼻饲小承气汤100mE(鼻饲者夹管1．5h开放)，以后每隔12h重复1次，至术后首次肛门排气停止。对照组术后仅

2、予常规治疗。观察2组术后腹痛、腹胀程度，首次肛门排气、排便时间，术后并发症发生情况及手术前后胃肠电图波形平均幅值(P)、波形平均频率(f)、胃肠电节律紊乱百分比(RD)、波形反应面积(RA)变化。蛄果治疗组术后首次肛门排气、排便时间短于对照纽(P均<0．05)，术后48h、72h腹胀、腹痛程度均轻于对照组(p均<0．05)。治疗组术后24，48h胃肠电图8个导联的P、RA均高于对照组(P均<0．05)；1，5，6，7，8导联f均高于对照组(P均<0．05)。2组术后均无头晕、切口感染、腹腔脓肿、粘连性肠梗阻、消化道瘘等并发症发生。结论小承气汤能提高腹部手术后患者胃肠电
