1、·174·浙江临床医学2015年2月第l7卷第2期白秦斯敏谭建荣罗显克王大东【摘要】目的探讨外周血中性粒细胞凋亡相关蛋白质及生长抑素在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)时的诱导凋亡机制。方法将90RSD&鼠编号，随机分为重症急性胰腺炎组(SAP~g)和假手术组(SO组)，每组45只，使用TUNEL荧光标记法、免疫组织化学法、RT-PCR'；-~r分别检测大鼠的外周血中性粗细胞凋亡情况、中性粒细胞survivin蛋白表达情况和中性粒细胞survivinmRNA的表达情况，分析比较两组的检测结果。结果SAP组与SO组比较，24h

2、、48h、72h-~-个时点中性粒细胞凋亡率呈现明显的下降(PO．05)；sO组和SAPS．g-大鼠外周血中性粒细胞survivin蛋白均有表达，sAP组大鼠24h、48h、72h~-个时点表达明显高于SO组各相应时点(PO．05)；SO组和SAP组中性粒细胞survivinmRNA有表达，但SAP组24h、48h、72h组中性粒细胞survivinmRNA表达明显
