1、1014中华老年医学杂志2014年9月第33卷第9期Chi』!ri!,pt!!兰·基础研究·阿尔茨海默病转基因小鼠肝叶切除术后空间学习记忆与海马相关蛋白的表达蔡雨汐徐静万燕杰张帆【摘要】目的探讨APP/PS1转基因阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型小鼠肝部分切除术后空间学习记忆能力及海马Drebrin和PSD95蛋白表达的变化。方法3月龄APP/PS1转基因小鼠随机分为3组:3月龄对照组(6只)、假手术组(24只)、手术组(24只);3月龄野生型同窝对照组和6月龄对照组各6只。假手术组和手术组各分4个亚组,分别在麻醉或手
