2、性纳入后采用随机数字表法随机分为两组，对照组42例采用常规护理方法，试验组42例在常规护理方法基础上运用系统追踪法进行干预，对两组进行护理质量管理评价，比较两组患者护理管理质量、并发症发生率、住院天数、髋关节功能。结果系统追踪法应用组比常规护理管理组病人的相关指标、护理相关指标、政策追踪指标、标准化总分等均有提高，差异有统计学意义(t=2．817，P=0．05；t=2．648，P=0．010；t=3．652，P=0．00；t=3．537，P=O．001)。试验组患者术后并发症低于对照组患者、住院天数较短、髋关节功能较好，差异有统计学意义(X=
