1、中国中医药科技2015年5月第22卷第3期May2015Vo1．22No．3·257·喜炎平联合非手术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的临床研究陈益呜，韩江，程明荣，汪运节，马大喜，张智平(上海市浦东新区周浦医院普外科·上海201318)摘要目的：观察喜炎平联合非手术治疗老年急性胆囊炎的疗效及其对血清前白蛋白(PA)、降钙素原(PCT)和高敏C一反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平的影响。方法：选取2010年1月一2014年1月在本院就诊的老年急性胆囊炎患者60例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。对照组予以常规的抗感染治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上予以喜炎平治疗，观察两组治疗

2、后的疗效及其治疗前后总胆红素、血淀粉酶、白细胞计数、PA、PCT和hs—CRP水平的变化。结果：观察组的总有效率为90．00％，明显高于对照组的63．33％，观察组的疗效优于对照组(x=4．565，P<0．05)。治疗后两组的总胆红素、淀粉酶、白细胞计数、hs—CRP和PCT水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0．01)，观察组的降低程度较对照组更为明显(P<0．01)；而PA水平两组均较治疗前明显升高(P<0．01)，而观察组的升高程度较对照组更为明显(P
