2、协商民主，是党和人民对民主形式的创造，是党对马克思主义民主理论的丰富和发展的结晶，是党从我国国情和民主政治的具体实际出发、确保和实现人民当家做主的重要形式。以澄清对“协商民主”认识盲区为逻辑起点和缘起，着力并重点分析协商民主在我国的适切性和发展意义，站在这个起点上审视和初步诠解了我国协商民主实现的基本途径，对拓展和充实我国政协制度、选举民主制度和推进基层政权建设的民主化进程的理论创新有一定的指导价值。关键词：协商民主；适切性；基本途径中图分类号：D262文献标识码：A文章编号：1672—1101(2014)05-000
