2、疾病患者作为研究对象，采集宫颈脱落细胞，用流式荧光杂交技术检测HPV基因型，并对HPV感染率、基因亚型、感染类型和年龄分布等进行分析。[结果]检出HPV感染744例(18．41％)，其中单一亚型感染603例(14．92％)，多重亚型感染141例(3．49％)。可供检测的26种HPV基因亚型均有检出，最常见的亚型为HPV一16、52、58、39、18、61、59、6等，其中低危型以HPV一61、6、11亚型感染为主。高危型以HPV一16、52、58亚型感染为主。HPV感染亚型以高危亚型为主，单一高危亚型感染

3、阳性率13．07％(528／4041)，多重高危亚型感染阳性率2．15％(87／4041)。31—40岁妇女HPV感染阳性率最高，阳性率22．22％，50岁以上者HPV感染阳性率最低，阳性率13．99％，且各年龄组中均以高危亚型感染检出率最高。『结论]宫颈疾病患者中HPV感染率较高，基因型分布较广，流式荧光杂交法是检测Hr'v感染的快速有效方法，HPV分型检测对宫颈疾病的防治意义重大。关键词：人乳头瘤病毒；基因型；感染率；流式荧光杂交法；宫颈脱落细胞中图分类号：R737．9文献标志码：BHumanpapi
