1、52中国兽医杂志2015年(第51卷)第4期ChineseJournalofVeterinaryMedicine牛蒡苷元对疫苗免疫猪抗体和T细胞亚群的影响陈夏冰,付书林,何斌,杨文海,鲍伯胜童新红,刘武,童伟文,陶弼菲,陈洁(武汉市畜牧兽医科学研究所,湖北武汉430208)摘要:为了研究牛蒡苷元对猪外周血T细胞亚群和对不同疫苗免疫抗体的影响,将16只25~30日龄的健康仔猪,随机分成4组,将牛蒡苷元溶液分别以高、中、低3个剂量和生理盐水同时注射,给药前后不同时间点采血,流式细胞术检测猪外周血中T淋
2、巴细胞亚群的变化。结果显示,中剂量的牛蒡苷元可显著促进猪外周血CD3、CD4细胞的增殖。另外25~30日龄断奶仔猪l6头随机分为4组,将牛蒡苷元分别以高、中、低3个剂量和猪瘟疫苗同时注射,于免疫后7、14、2l、28、35d采血,ELISA方法检测猪瘟抗体水平。研究表明,与仅用疫苗免疫对比,牛蒡苷元疫苗联合使用,在免疫的初期和中期能够有效的快速提高猪体抗体水平,并且低、中剂量组比高剂量组更能够提高抗体水平,合适剂量的牛蒡苷元可以作为免疫增强剂单独或与疫苗联合使用。关键词:牛蒡苷元;猪瘟活疫苗;抗体
