1、毕业论文(设计)题目:日处理100t液态乳乳品厂设计日处理100t液态奶乳品厂设摘 要本项目拟设计日处理100吨鲜奶,可同时生产酸牛乳、巴氏杀菌奶、UHT奶三种产品的液态乳生产车间。制定产品方案,设计生产工艺,进行车间平面设计,对乳制品加工过程中物料平衡、热量平衡进行计算,进行设备选型,水电汽平衡,劳动力平衡计算,对投产资本、利润等进行估算。本厂区总体设计合理,在生产车间中,各辅助设施分布于主车间整个四周,使整个设计紧凑,同时最大限度降低物料输送距离,节约能源。根据原料乳组成特点进行物料衡算,选择板式作为热交换设备,对原料乳冷却阶段和乳制品预热,均质、超
