1、日固丽2014NO．IO⋯帅。⋯论著特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者临床特点及血液检验结果观察山峰山东济宁医学院附属医院检验科，山东济宁272029【摘要】目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床特点以及血液学特征。方法收集2009年1O月一2013年5月期间，该院收治的ITP患者52例，根据临床类型分为急性型组(AITP组，21例)和慢性型组(CITP组。31例)，分析I’患者的临床特征以及血液检验指标特点。结果AITP组的男性发病率为57．1％，显著高于CITP组的22．6％：平均年龄为(20．6±11．6)岁．显著低于CITP组的(47．1±3．6)岁；皮肤黏膜出血率以及上呼吸道感染率
