1、摘要本建筑为中学教学楼，建筑面积为4711.5，位于县主干道的西北角，耐久年限为50年，结构按8度设防设计，结构类型为框架结构，墙体为空心粘土砌块。本建筑分区比较合理，采光较好。建筑各层层高均为3.6m,建筑总高19.65m，屋面为上人屋面，女儿墙高1.2m，该建筑正门设在东面，东、南面各设一个辅助出口；该建筑共设有四部楼梯，满足疏散人流的要求。在框架结构计算时，按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小。在整个计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅。接着进行了力组合，基础设计。对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上，墙、板的重量传给梁，梁再传给柱，传力路线明确。结构的抗震等级可根据
