2、管理控制方法与应用，阐述了国外工程造价管理的研究历史与现状及本课题研究的意义。针对国工程项目在施工阶段造价严重失控的现象，指出在施工阶段造价确定与控制存在的问题。本论文从建设项目投资构成，找出国工程项目施工阶段投资失控的主要原因，研究了如何控制工程造价。通过分析研究国现行工程造价管理的现状与存在的问题，以及这些问题的存在对工程项目施工阶段造价的确定与控制的方法，以实际工程实例进行了总结和分析。【关键词】工程项目；施工阶段；造价控制TheStudyOnProjectCostControlinConstruction
