1、·妇幼医学·中国当代医药2015年6月第22卷第17期妊娠早、中期甲状腺功能减退对妊娠的影响王维舒王玉贤山西医科大学第一临床医学院，太原030001【摘要】目的分析临床中妊娠早、中期甲状腺功能减退对妊娠的影响。方法选择2014年2-11月于本院门诊行规律产检并最终于本院分娩的140例孕妇作为研究对象，按照妊娠28周前首次产检检测甲状腺功能的检查结果分为甲减组(n=68，至少有一项显示甲状腺功能减退)及对照组(=72，甲状腺功能正常且抗体阴性)，比较两组的妊娠情况，并进行临床分析。结果甲减组中妊娠期高血压疾病的发生率为20．59％，显著高于对照组的6．94％；甲减组正常分娩率为48．

2、53％，显著低于对照组的66．67％，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)；两组的妊娠合并贫血、妊娠期糖尿病、胎盘早剥、剖宫产率、早产率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退对孕妇的妊娠有影响，临床上医疗工作者应该给予重视，并对孕妇行甲状腺功能的检查，做到早期发现、早期干预．以达到改善妊娠结局及促进社会和谐的目的。【关键词】妊娠早中期；甲状腺功能减退；妊娠结局【中图分类号】R581．2【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1674—4721(2015)06(b)一0090—04Influenceofhypothyroidisminearlyandmediumterm
