1、·40·JournalofInnerMongoliaMedicalUniversityFeb．2015Vo1．37No．1桥本氏甲状腺炎合并乳头状癌的声像图特点分析宋海霞，李淑玲，萍萍，董丽楠(内蒙古医科大学附属医院超声科，内蒙古呼和浩特010050)摘要：目的：总结桥本氏甲状腺炎(Hashimoto’Sthyroiditis，HT)合并乳头状癌(Papillarythyroidcarcinoma，PTC)声像图特征。方法：回顾分析130例HT合并结节的声像图特点及甲状腺相关抗体资料，并与术后病理结果对比，做相应统计学分析。结果：HT合并PTC结节符合一般恶性结节特点，但部分伴有粗大钙化

2、。纵横比大于1及缺乏低回声晕环较血流更具有诊断价值。周边淋巴结肿大无助于PTC的诊断，除非其内可见微钙化。HT合并PTC术前超声诊断率明显低于良性结节诊断组。结论：HT合并PTC有一定特征性声像图改变，目前超声诊断率仍较低，需提高认识，减少误诊。关键词：超声；桥本氏甲状腺炎；乳头状癌；纵横比；微钙化中图分类号：R730．4文献标识码：A文章编号：2095—512X(2015)0l一0040—04ULTRASoUNDCHLARACTERISTIESoFPAPILLARYTHYRoIDCARCINoⅣ【A、ⅥTHHASHDoTo．STHYRoⅡ)ITISSONGHai—xia，LIShu-l
