2、例，随机将其分成3组。A组口服补佳乐(2mgqd)，连服5d后手术，术前10rain官颈2点、1O点局部注射间苯三酚共40mg。B组单纯口服补佳乐(2mgqd)，连服5d后手术。c组术前10min宫颈2点、1O点局部注射间苯三酚共40mg。观察3组节育器取出术中疼痛程度及宫颈软化程度。结果A组宫颈软化程度分别和B组、c组比较差异均有统计学意义(尸<0．05oA组患者疼痛程度分别和B组、c组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论在绝经后妇女宫内节育器嵌顿取出术前应用间苯三酚配伍补佳乐，不但能提高宫颈软化程度，还能减轻患者的痛苦，增加取器的成功率，值得临床推
