3、超在取出嵌顿宫内节育器(IUD)中的临床应用。方法分析2008年1月至2013年5月首都医科大学燕京医学院附属良乡医院收治的37例IUD嵌顿患者的临床资料。结果37例患者中IUD类型：T形4例，圆形l3例，伽马环8例，吉妮环2例，V型1O例。外院及门诊取环失败8例。绝经前12例，绝经后25例。34例宫腔镜联合B超取环成功。3例残环完全嵌顿子宫肌层，患者无症状，随访观察。结论宫腔镜联合B超用于取出嵌顿宫内节育器安全有效。【关键词】宫内节育器嵌顿宫腔镜B超Studyonclinicalapplicationofhystero
