3、栓颗粒治疗对脑卒中患者预后的影响刘萍(北京市房山区中医医院内科，北京102488)[摘要]目的：探讨康复训练联合消栓颗粒对中风偏瘫患者预后的影响。方法：将124例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组及对照组，对照组患者给予功能训练，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服消栓颗粒，疗程为3个月，分别于治疗前、治疗后3个月时应用Fug1．Meyer(FMA)评价肢体运动功能、Barthel指数评价日常生活能

4、力、L．ROM工具评估关节活动度，并比较治疗前后血沉(ESR)、纤维蛋白原(Fb)、低切变率下全血黏度(nb1)、高切变率下全血黏度(nbh)水平。结果：观察组治疗后下肢功能FMA评分、膝关节、髋关节活动度，日常生活能力显著高于治疗前(P<0．05)，亦高于治疗后对照组(P<0．05)；观察组治疗后ESR、Fb、nbl、nbh水平显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：功能训练联合消栓颗粒能有效改善脑中风患者肢体功能及脑血流指标，改善患者预后。[关键词]功能训练；消栓颗粒；脑卒中；偏瘫；血液流变学[中图分类号]R277．
