1、·8·浙江预防医学2011年第23卷第7期ZhejiangPreventiveMedicine，．20垫—!金华市不同人群麻疹抗体水平及免疫策略研究王凤英吴晓虹陈志清【摘要】目的了解金华市本地人群与外来流动人口麻疹抗体水平，为制定和完善麻疹免疫策略提供科学依据。方法选取7个年龄组的630名本地人口和210名流动人口、180名18~25岁育龄期妇女、180名孕妇和9O名8月龄以下儿童母亲，共1290人开展麻疹抗体水平监测，根据监测结果提出免疫策略。结果本地人群的麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为92．54％、78．73％和1774．19mlU／ml；外来流动人

2、I=I的麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和几何平均浓度(GMC)分别为66．67％、4o．95％和269．90mlU／ml，本地人群的阳性率、保护率和GMC均明显高于外来流动人口(尸<0．O1)。育龄期妇女麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和GMC分别为93．33％、62．78％和1194．13mlU／ml；孕妇麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和GMC分别为94．44％、65．56％和1298．82mlU／ml；8月龄以下未患病儿童母亲的抗体GMC明显高于患病儿童母亲(P<0．05)，4类特殊人群的疫苗接种率和接种意识均低于50％。结论金华市本地人群麻疹免疫水平较高，4类特殊人群的麻疹疫苗接种率、接种意识和
