1、天津农业科学咖inAgriculturalSciences2015,21(7):7-12·畜牧兽医与水产养殖酵母FTMR的制备及其对杜湖杂交羔羊的饲喂效果马东升,赵勤涛,刘陶然,姜勋平,刘桂琼,王建国(1.华中农业大学动物科技学院,湖北武汉430070;2.湖北多羔生物育种科技有限公司,湖北武汉430070)摘要:为了探索酵母全混合发酵日粮(FTMR)的生产参数及其饲喂杜湖杂交F1代羔羊的效果,本文通过对比不同发酵条件(含水率、压缩密度、酵母添加量、发酵天数)下的发酵效果,探索最优的发酵条件。同时,利用添加酵母FTMR与未添加酵母FTMR饲料,在相同条件下饲喂杜湖杂交F1代羔羊,对杜湖杂交F
2、l代绵羊生长速度的影响及饲喂效益进行分析,评价发酵饲料的饲喂效果。结果表明:通过回归方程模拟得出,在发酵条件水分49.41%,压缩密度500kg·m以上时,发酵天数16.57d,酵母添加量为0.86%,预测粗蛋白相对增加最大,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)及酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)下降明显。用酵母FrMR(A组)与未添加酵母的FTI1MR(B组)同时饲喂杜湖杂交羔羊,A组的生长速度、料重比、经济效益要优于B组。酵母FrMR可以提高饲料的蛋白含量,促进羔羊生长,降低饲料成本,提高养殖效益。关键词:酵母全混合发酵日粮;发酵条件;生长速度;养殖效益中图分类号:$821.4+9文献标识码:ADoI编码:10.
