2、，试停药观察并进行疗效评估。【结果】共筛查新生儿213284例，筛查率为64．43％，筛查阳性1014例，筛查阳性率为1：210，CH确诊112例，检出率为1：1905；相比智能和体格发育指数，规范与不规范治疗的患儿之间有显著的统计学差异，而规范治疗与正常同龄儿之间差异无统计学意义。【结论】CH通过新生儿疾病筛查即可早期诊断、早期规范治疗，防止残疾儿童的发生，对提高人口素质、推动国民经济发展有重要的意义。关键词：新生儿疾病筛查；先天性甲状腺功能减低症；高TSH血症；发病率；甲状腺素中图分类号：R58文献标志码：A文章编号：1672—3554(2016)01—0140—05Co
