2、关的不良反应。结果①安全性：全部患者均在2h内完成治疗，治疗后2h可以正常活动，其中31例有治疗区不适或轻度胀痛，占51．66％(31／60)，未见SIRD—F类严重不良反应，C类不良反应发生率为1．7％，A—B类一般不良反应发生率为48．33％；②有效性：病灶体积消融率为98．33％；治疗后3、6个月病灶体积均较治疗前缩tb(P
