1、胸痛中心快速启动介入导管室对STEMI患者救治的效果影响　　【摘要】目的：探索胸痛中心快速�⒍�介入导管室对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者救治效果的影响。方法：选择在本院介入导管室实施PCI治疗符合急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断标准的患者200例为研究对象，按患者住院时间顺序进行分组，选取2012年1月-2013年12月的患者100例作为对照组，按照传统常规模式启动介入导管室实施PCI治疗；选取2014年1月-2015年12月的患者100例作为观察组，按胸痛中心建设要求快速启动介入导管室。比较两组患者进门至入导管室

2、的平均时间、首次医疗接触到球囊扩张时间和平均住院时间。结果：观察组启动介入导管室所需的平均时间min短于对照组min；观察组门―球时间及门―球时间达标率分别为min、97.0%均优于对照组min、62.0%；观察组患者的平均住院时间为d短于对照组d。结论：规范化胸痛中心快速启动介入导管室，明显缩短了STEMI患者PCI的门―球时间，缩短了患者的住院时间。　　【关键词】胸痛中心；介入导管室；急性心肌梗死；护理　　EffectofRapidInterventionofChestCenteronthetreatmen
