1、温胆汤加味联合黛力新治疗难治性功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍的效果观察　　【摘要】目的探�分析温胆汤加味联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗难治性功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法80例难治性功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍患者，随机分为中药治疗组以及参照组，每组40例。参照组给予莫沙必利联合黛力新治疗，中药治疗组给予温胆汤加味联合黛力新治疗。实验结束后，对比分析两组患者治疗前后的症状评分、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者症状评分比较差异无统计学意义；治疗后中药治疗组症状评分低于参照组，差异具有统计学意义。中药治疗组治疗总有效率为97.5%，参照组治
