1、同期与分期双侧全膝关节置换术治疗双膝骨性关节炎的效果及安全性　　【摘要】目的探析同期与分期双侧全膝关节置换术治疗双膝骨性关节炎的临床效果及安全性。方法70例膝骨性关节炎患者，根据随机数字法分为参照组和观察组，每组35例。参照组患者给予同期全膝关节置换术，观察组患者给予分期关节置换术，观察分析两组患者治疗效果、关节活动度、膝关节功能评分以及输血情况。结果观察组患者住院时间、手术时间、住院费用、输红细胞量分别为d、min、元、ml，�血例数为6例；参照组患者住院时间、手术时间、住院费用、输红细胞量分别为d、min、元、　　ml，输血例数为21例；观察组患者住院时间、手术时间长于参
