1、心血管病防治知识2O15年第1期37始论著／冠心病蟊超声心动图诊断冠心病节段性室壁运动异常的临床研究张应龙(云南省临沧市第二人民医院，云南临沧677000)【摘要】目的探讨临床采取超声心动图(UCG)诊断冠心病节段性室壁运动异常的情况。方法将我院2012年1月～2014年4月接诊的冠心病患者89例作为研究对象，回顾性分析他们的临床资料，皆存有血管病变现象，皆采取心电图检查，并予以超声心动图进一步对节段性室壁运动异常情况进行诊断，对心电图与超声心动图诊断结果进行对比分析。结果89例患者采取心电图检查显示心肌梗死73例，包括前壁25

2、例、侧壁5例、前间壁9例、后壁21例、下壁l3例，而采取超声心动图检查显示心肌梗死67例，包括前壁24例、侧壁5例、前间壁8例、后壁20例、下壁10例。两种检查方式所得心肌梗死情况对比无显著性差异(0．05)。结论冠心病患者采取超声心动图诊断有一定的临床价值，能明确心肌梗死，其有着无创、有效、费用低廉、简便及可重复性高等优势，值得借鉴。【关键词】冠心病；节段性室壁运动异常；超声心动图；诊断；临床研究Clinicalstudyofechoeardiographyindiagnosisofsegmentalventricularwa
