1、中国医药导报2015年3月第12卷第8期·临床医学一肿瘤超声结合血清中CA125对绝经后卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值李华满莉1．辽宁省鞍山市肿瘤医院电诊科，辽宁鞍山114036；2．辽宁省鞍山市肿瘤医院肿瘤内科，辽宁鞍山114036【摘要】目的探讨超声结合血清中CA125对绝经后卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2012年4月～2014年4月鞍山市肿瘤医院妇产科收治的100例绝经后卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料，按照检查方法分为超声组(30例)、CA125组(30例)、超声联合CA125组(40例)。所有患者均给予子宫全切除手术或者次全

2、切除手术，且术中进行冰冻切片病理检查．根据病理检查结果观察血清CA125检测的特异性、敏感性。结果超声联合CA125组的确诊率为32．5％，显著高于超声组、CA125组(10％、12％)，差异均有统计学意义(P<0．05)。血清中CA125的值以35u，mL为诊断界点时，随着值的增大，卵巢恶性肿瘤发生率显著增高(P<0．05)；CA125的诊断界点从35U，mL提高到80U／mL时，诊断特异性从94．8％提高至98．9％，但诊断敏感性从55．6％降低到49．5％；超声下显示为实性的肿瘤，诊断为恶性肿瘤的概率显著增大(P<0．0
