1、西部医学2015年2月第27卷第2期MedJWestChina，February2015，Vo1．27，No．2超激光疼痛治疗仪治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背疼痛的疗效分析*蒯卫华杨璐(1．盐城市滨海县中医院麻醉科，江苏滨海224500；2．北京大学第三医院麻醉科，北京10019i)【摘要】目的观察超激光疼痛治疗仪(简称SI)照射治疗椎管内麻醉后引起腰背疼痛的临床效果。方法选取椎管内麻醉后腰背疼痛患者8O例，随机分为SL治疗组和对照组，每组4O例。SL治疗组采用SI照射疗法并辅以常规非甾体抗炎药，对照组采用

2、常规非甾体抗炎药并辅以静卧加局部热敷。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分变化、疼痛消失时间及治疗次数和复发率的差异。结果两组一般资料对比无统计学差异(P>0．05)。治疗前后，两组在VAS评分下降率、疼痛消失时间及治疗次数和复发率上存在明显差异(P<0．05)。结论采用SI照射治疗椎管内麻醉后腰背痛，可明显消除疼痛症状，减少治疗时间和治疗次数，降低疼痛复发率，明显优于常规的治疗。同时，SL照射治疗又具有安全性高、可控性高、无侵袭性的特点，值得·晦床推广应用。【关键词】超激光疼痛治疗仪；椎管内麻醉；腰背
