6、tatuswasdeterminedbyHPVmultiplexreal—timepolymerasechainreaction(MT—PCR)．ExpressionofVEGFandEGFRinHPV(+)andHPV(一)groupwasassessedbysemiquantitativeimmunohistochemistry．Results：Theinfec—tionrateofHPVintonsillarSCCswas49．4％(42／85)．TheinfectionrateofHPV一16

7、was90．5％(38／42)inallpositivespecimenswassignificantlyhigherthanotherHPVtypes．TheexpressionofEGFRinHPV(一)groupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinHPV(+)group(P<0．O1)．TheexpressionofVEGFhadnosignificantdifferencebetweenHPV(+)groupandHPV(一)group．Therewerenoass

8、ociationsbetweenVEGFandEGFRexpression，gender，age，TNMstageorhistologygrade．Conclusion：HPVinfectionhassignificantcorrelationwiththeoncogenesisoftonsillarSCCs．InHPV—positivetonsillarSCCs，HPVgenemaychangeEGFRexpression．【Keywords】tons
