1、西南国防医药2014年11月第24卷第11期·1197·吡格列酮治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的疗效和安全性张琴，庄宗恒，陈藤[摘要]目的探讨吡格列酮治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效和安全性。方法我院妇科门诊就诊的青春期PCOS患者62例，随机分为吡格列酮组和二甲双胍组，每组各3l例。两组均接受生活干预和抗雄激素治疗，治疗24W后，比较分析两组间的疗效和安全性。结果治疗后，两组在恢复正常月经和排卵、降低雄激素水平、抑制黄体生成素(LH)、升高孕酮(P)、降低高胰岛素水平和降低三酰甘油(TG)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平上疗效相当；治疗后，二甲双胍组卵
