1、吉林医学2014年5月第35卷第13期·2725··临床研究·低分子肝素钙对儿童过敏性紫癜早期肾损害的治疗效果评价吴挺柏，王婷，郑铠军，张静(广东省中山市人民医院普通儿科，广东中山528400)[摘要]目的：探讨低分子肝素钙对儿童过敏性紫癜早期肾损害的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法：60例过敏性紫癜患儿分成对照组(3O例)和观察组(30例)，对照组患儿均于日服氯雷他定(开瑞坦)、静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙，伴随肠道症状患者静脉滴注氢化可的松琥珀酸钠；观察组在对照组治疗基础上皮下注射低分子肝素钙，1次／d，50～7Ou／(kg·d)，

2、以2周为1个疗程，1个疗程结束后对比两组患儿尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、尿p：一微球蛋白(p一MG)、尿免疫球蛋白G(IgG)。结果：疗程结束后观察组患儿的B一MG、尿IsG与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)，观察组低于对照组。结论：低分子肝素钙对儿童过敏性紫癜早期肾损害有理想的预防作用，临床上建议进一步推广运用。[关键词】儿童；过敏性紫癜；早期肾损害；低分子肝素钙Curativeeffectevaluationoflowmolecularheparincalciumonearlyrenalimpairment
