1、2014年8月1日第8期中医学报第29卷总第195期No．8lAugust2014CHINAJOURNALOFCHINESEMEDICINEV0I．29SeriaINo．195中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究李培富焦作卫生医药学校附属医院，河南焦作454100摘要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将45例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组按正常西医疗法给予还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予理气化瘀、疏肝健脾的中药汤剂口服，比较两组患者治疗后B超、cT、肝功生化情况及临床疗效结果：观察组患者ALT、AST、Tc及TG平均水平趋
