2、娠期糖尿病患者发生自然流产、妊娠期高血压疾病、羊水过多及分娩期并发症比例高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；围产儿发生胎死宫内、FGR、巨大儿及新生儿窒息死亡的比率也较正常的孕妇组多，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论：妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期严重的并发症，会对母婴产生很大危害，因此孕妇应加强孕期保健，规范产前检查，早期筛查、诊断，合理治疗，适时终止妊娠。【关键词】妊娠期糖尿病母婴预后并发症Clinicalanalysison100caseswithgestationaldiabetesmellitusLIYue—Zhi．DepartmentofObste

7、edifnecessary．[Keywords]GestationaIdiabetesmellitus；Maternalandinfantileprognosis妊娠期糖尿病包括两种情况：一种是妊娠前已有尿病孕妇母体的并发症(包括自然流产、妊娠期高糖尿病的患者妊娠，另一种是妊娠后首次发现或发病血压疾病、羊水过多等)及围产儿情况(死胎、胎的糖尿病，从临床发病情况来看，后者的发病率占到儿宫内发育受限、巨大儿及新生儿窒息死亡)。了80％。妊娠期糖尿病孕妇常无明显症状，但可引1．3统计学方法采用SPSS13．0统计软件处理，起严重的母婴并发症，围产儿的死亡率也相应提计量
