1、口囫2013NO．25⋯⋯论著PTTG1在肝细胞癌的表达及临床意义周臻涛林小军z1．中山大学附属梅州市人民医院肿瘤外一科，广东梅州514031；2．中山大学肿瘤防治中心肝胆肿瘤外科，广东广州510060【摘要1目的探讨PTTG1在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测PTYG1在79例肝细胞癌组织及79例相应的癌旁肝组织中的表达，分析PTTG1表达与肝细胞临床病理指标的关系。结果在肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织中VIq'G1高表达率分别为53．2％、1．3％，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。PTrG1的表达水平与卫星结节，Edmondson

2、病理分级密切相关。PrrGl在无卫星结节组和有卫星结节组高表达率分别为39．7％、68．7％，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；PTFG1在Edmondson病理分级I、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ、Ⅳ组高表达率分别为38．3％、62．5％，两组差异有统计学意义(P
