2、,用10wg/mLLPS或不同剂量的H2s供体NariS(50、100、200~mol/L)单独或共同处理BRL细胞12h,共同处理时LPS作用细胞1h后再给予NaHS。锥虫蓝拒染法检测细胞存活率的变化;Hoechst33258荧光染色法观察细胞凋亡的变化:蛋白免疫印迹法检测内质网应激(endoplasmicreticulumstress,ERS)~志蛋白GRP78及其凋亡相关蛋白CHOP和casDase一12蛋白表达变化。结果:与溶剂对照组相比,LPS引起BRL细胞存活率明显下降(P<0.01),细胞凋亡明显增
