1、生堡蝤压壁鎏遁苤查!!!!至!!旦箜!鲞笙!塑垦!也』堡!也!坐坐堡!:旦!!!竺!竺!!!!!!!!:!:堕!:!·343·论著·乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者肠道菌群结构及血清代谢谱的改变陈海君陈英刚曹梅英吴俊琪汪建明吴平郭玉香付跃娟【摘要】目的探讨乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者肠道微生态特点及血清代谢谱的改变。方法选择2011年1月至2012年12月就诊于浙江省金华市中心医院的30例肝纤维化患者和100名健康人作为研究对象。采集所有研究对象的新鲜粪便和血液样本各1份。运用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)技术对粪便样本进行检测并生成16SrDNAV3可变区基因的DGGE图谱,然后用
2、Matlab7.0软件进行主成分分析,以寻找两组肠道微生态图谱差异。血液样本采用lH磁共振技术检测与分析两组血清代谢物图谱的差异。结果对粪便样本进行PCR—DGGE检测和主成分分析,结果显示,与健康人群相比,乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者肠道主要菌群结构发生了明显变化。血清代谢图谱分析显示:肝纤维化组和健康对照组的血清代谢谱完全不同,肝纤维化患者血清代谢物中乳酸、蛋氨酸、三甲胺和葡萄糖明显升高。结论肝纤维化患者肠道总菌群结构及代谢产物与健康人之间有明显差异。【关键词】肝硬化;代谢产物学;变性梯度凝胶电泳;微生物学Changesofintestinalmicrofloraandserummetab
