4、tizationdevelopmentofShandongprovinceismeasured，basedonthedatefrom2001to2011．Throughgreycorrelationdegreeanalysis，wefindthateconomicfunction，culturalfunctionandsocialfunc-tionoftourismindustryhaveadeepefectonthetouristizationdevelopment，inShandongprovince．Basedonthespatialtemporaldifference

5、softouristizationdevelopmentbetween17citiesinShandongprovince．theyhavebeendividedintofourtypesbyusingclusteringanalysis．Then，somecountermeasures，whichmayacceleratethedevelopmentoftouristization，areputup，accordingtospecificsituationofthecities．Overall，thetouristizationdevelopmentlevelofShand

6、ongprovinceand17cities，areimprovedconstantly,fromthepointoftimedimension．Andindustryscale，economicfunction，culturalfunctionandsocialfunctionofthetouristizationsystemareimprovedfast．However,ecologicalfunctionandorganizationalfunctionofthetouristizationsystemareimprovedslowly,especiallytheorg
