3、thetheoriesofunbalancedregionaleconomicgrowthandthemethodsofeconometrics，thisPaperexploresthespatio．temporaltrendstructureofinboundtourismdevelopmentlevelin31provincesofChinafrom1991tO2010．Concretelyspeaking．thetime—sequencedcharacteristicsofinter-provincialdifferenceswereinvestigat

4、edwiththestandarddeviationandTheilcoefficientvalueofacompositeindexconsistingofindustrialscaleindexandqualityindexfromabsoluteandrelativeperspectives；theevolutionofspatialframeworkoninboundtourisminthepast20yearswasexpoundedbyusingthedeviationandratioresults．Theresultsshowthatabsolu
