6、ntechniques；Hepatectomy；Meta-analysis射频消融与手术切除结直肠癌肝转移的Meta分析明韦迪，李晓光，邓灵波，梁继详，金征宇(中国医学科学院北京协和医学院北京协和医院放射科，北京100730)[摘要]目的比较射频消融(RFA)和外科肝切除术(HR)对结直肠癌肝转移的治疗效果。方法系统检索收集了PubMed、CochraneLibrary、EMBASE、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库等关于RFA和HR在结直肠癌肝转移的临床对照试验，按Cochrane系统评价方法进行了评价，采用Stata12．0软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳人文献13篇，共2348例患者，其

7、中RFA972例，HR1376例。Meta分析结果显示，RFA患者3年、5年生存率明显高于HR患者(OR：0．56，95CI：0．38～O．83，P一0．004；OR：0．47，95％CI：0．29～O．76，P一0．002)；RFA患者手术后总复发率明显高于HR患者(OR：2．79，95CI：1．25～6．21，P一0．012)。结论HR较RFA治疗结直肠癌肝转移术后生存率高，复发率低，可作为临
