1、临京医学工程2014年4月第21卷第4期·47卜·论著·(临床研究)低分子肝素治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效分析万红，唐国红，邹洪(四川省达州市中心医院儿科，四川达州635001))【摘要】目的探讨低分子肝素治疗小儿肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法以近年来于我院治疗的114例原发性肾病综合征患儿为研究对象，将其l分为常规组和观察组各57例，常规组使用免疫抑制剂和激素类药物进行常规治疗，观察组于常规组治疗的基础上增加使用低分子肝素钠进行治疗。对两组患儿的临床疗效进行观察对比。结果治疗后观察组患者有效率达93．0％．明显优

2、于常规组71．9％，差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论于常规治疗基础上增加使用低分子肝素对小儿肾病综合征进行治疗安全方便，能够显著提高治疗效果，改善患儿的临床症状。无出血和肝肾功能损伤等并发症或不良反应发生。【关键词】小儿；肾病综合征；低分子肝素；蛋白尿；高凝状态；
