1、喜20l4,29(4):433~435HPLC测定不同配比麻黄汤水煎液中的麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱曾勇,李睿,曾岑,王平,孟宪丽,韦婷,邱一行(成都中医药大学药学院中药材标准化教育部重点实验室,四川成都611137)摘要:目的采用HPLC测定麻黄汤组方变化时对麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱煎出量的影响。方法制备麻黄汤,用均匀实验设计的16个不同配比麻黄汤水煎液,采用HPLC法测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量,计算其与麻黄单独煎煮相比的煎出率;采用逐步回归法分析处方组成对麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱煎出量的影响。结果所用HPLC测试方法分离效果
